Dear customers: some vendors have recently been using our 64AID and 631PL digital photo printers for phone cosmetics printing. We state clearly that these models must not be used to print phone cosmetic stickers, as this easily causes ribbon jams, paper jams and colour misregistration, and can damage the print head and shorten the printer's life. Such damage is not covered by free warranty service. To date we have developed only one printer dedicated to the phone cosmetics industry: the 'Black Whirlwind'.
