On 1 December 2005, HiTi (Suzhou) announced the Brilliant S400, its first digital sticker machine for the home market, featuring a magical background function that is stylish, fast and easy to use. It uses dye-sublimation output to render 16.77 million continuous tones, and its 403 dpi resolution is comparable to a 6400 dpi inkjet. The bundled HiTi Photomaster software makes bookmarks, calendars and greeting cards easy.
