At the ticket launch on 26 October for Jay Chou's 2004 Hangzhou concert, HiTi printers let fans enjoy the moment. Besides seeing guest star Wen Lan, twelve lucky fans received concert tickets and had commemorative photos with her taken and printed on the spot by a HiTi dye-sublimation printer.
